Is my postcode covered by the Australia Post Next Business Day network?
All our deliveries within Australia are sent out using Express Post. When sent with this option Australia Post offer guaranteed next business day delivery within the Express Post network.
The Express Post network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links.

The Australian sizing is listed below for each size along with the width of the ring.
If your not sure of your size - take a ring you currently own and measure across the width to match up with the above sizes.
Stilll not sure, don't be stressed as we are happy to exchange ring sizes, where possible, as long as it is within the exchange time frame (28 days). Check our terms and conditions for more info.
Does House of Zoi ship to New Zealand?
We certainly do send our products to New Zealand. When you go through our "Check Out" process there are two NZ delivery options listed for you to choice from. They are:
NZ Express Post
Express Post International is a priority delivery option service that is tracked & designed to get to you fast, for when you need your House of Zoi jewellery in a hurry. ( Don't worry we understand...!!). This option costs $34.95, includes tracking and takes about 4 days.
NZ Standard Post
This is standard international registered post delivery option. It takes a little bit longer but it gets your House of Zoi purchases to you just the same. This option costs $14.95, has limited tracking and takes around 8 working days.

Pronounced Zoe - the origins comes from the greek word for life, Zoi.
And this case is also Joyce's name in Greek.
Is the Disney Couture Jewellery genuine?
Yes, it certainly is authentic. We are an authorised distributor of this range.
All of the Disney Couture range comes presented in a blue or purple satin Disney Couture pouch depending on the range. All jewellery also ships with the Disney Couture swing tag. The swing tag has the Disney logo on it - certifying that it is genuine.

Is the House of Harlow 1960 Jewellery genuine?
We understand there is alot of non-genuine jewellery being sold so are happy to help you feel comfortable you are getting what you pay for.
House of Zoi is an authorised stockist of the House of Harlow 1960 jewellery here in Australia. All jewellery sold on our site is all genuine and when supplied has House of Harlow branding and logos.
