These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.houseofzoi.com.au and cannot be varied by any individual or entity, unless there has been a prior written agreement between that individual or entity and House of Zoi.
customer service
In order to provide the best level of service possible we have our customer service operator available at hello@houseofzoi.com and we will reply within 48hrs to your questions. Alternatively you can contact us during Monday – Friday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm (Australian EST) on 61 2 8094 1917 (excludes public holidays).
orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. House of Zoi reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason whatsoever.
Please ensure that all information entered on our website is correct and accurate. We cannot make any changes or change the delivery address once you have placed your order. Once you place your order, your credit card will automatically be debited and you will receive an order confirmation. In the event that an item you have requested is not available, we will notify you and we will refund your credit card for the full amount within three working days.
Pre-orders
Any item that has a PreOrder status is available to secure in advance. This is turned on for items that are extremely popular so people can ensure they don't miss out. House of Zoi pre-orders are just like a normal order. We take full payment for the items up front and once they arrive we will ship them to you.
The expected delivery date of the stock is given on the pre-order banner against each product. While we make every effort to ensure these dates are accurate please be aware that these dates are estimates, sometimes the product may arrive early and sometimes it may be delayed due to customs processing or supplier issues. Should your pre-order become delayed we will notify you immediately by email and if it is delayed for longer than a month past the expected delivery date then we will give you the option for a full refund.
Please choose your pre-order item carefully as pre-orders can not be cancelled for a refund. If you decide to cancel a pre-order you will then be supplied with a credit redeemable online to the value of your original purchase.
price of goods
All prices indicated for products available are in Australian Dollars (AUD), inclusive of GST (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered and delivery charges as set out in the delivery section of the site.
payment
When you order online you agree to pay the stated price for that product. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express but do not accept cash, cheque, money order or travellers cheques. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
credit card security
Protecting your personal and order information is a priority at House of Zoi. We use an electronic payment gateway called eWAY. eWAY is an online credit card processor that uses technology to ensure that transaction details are protected and cannot be read over the Internet. You will notice the security lock in the bottom right hand corner of your browser. The security lock ensures your order & payment details are encrypted by a 128 bit encryption and remain secure over the internet.
Your CCV or sometimes called CVC number (Credit Card Verification number) is requested during your payment processing application form online as this number is only found on the physical card. Although this doesn't guarantee the card has not been stolen it does assure us that the person placing the order has the card with them at the time of the order and is an additional security feature required for your safety.
shipping
We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Any delivery times quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more parts. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods.

International Delivery Charges

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; we do not control nor can we predict these charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information.If your parcel cannot be delivered for some reason, Australia Post will leave a calling card and you will be able to pick up your parcel at your convenience from your post office. Should your item not arrive within the estimated delivery time please contact our customer service team.
title to goods
We will retain the legal ownership of the goods until you have made full payment and we have received such payment. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.
Returns/Exchange Policy
You may return a Product that you have purchased within 28 days. Please contact House of Zoi prior to the return of any items to register your return and reason for return. Your original order number should be referenced with any returns. Once we receive your return, please allow 1 week for processing.
Items can be returned or exchanged if returned unused, in their original condition with proof of purchase. House of Zoi must be notified of the exchange within 10 days of purchase. Your original order number should be referenced with any exchanges.
Credit card details must be supplied at the time of exchange to cover any discrepancy in the value of the exchanged items and to pay for the return shipping costs. Please note refunds will not be issued if the returned item is of greater value than the one for which it is exchanged.

Until the item has been received by House of Zoi, responsibility and liability of the good is your responsibility. You will need to include all tags, packaging and additional inserts with your return and please ensure that your goods are securely and sufficiently wrapped so they do not get damaged in the mail. House of Zoi will not accept liability of any items damaged during the return process if they are not securely packed.
E-Gift certificates and final sale merchandise may not be returned for a refund, credit or exchange; unless received damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped.
